I haven't really done much on-line for machines and parts...
I usually went for instant gratification from Rabco so I can't help...

They have a lame website that you can have then mail you a catalog from...

Drain machines I get them from Duracable
Cables and gloves fron Draincables Direct.
Blades Duracable or Rabco and Electric Eel.
I bought a drill from toolup a few years ago price was good shipping was fast.
    RootX from RootX
Camera from Easycam. Very nice and helpful fast shipping.
My small electric jetter from Watercannon. Fast shipping good prices and huge inventory. Some small jetters I think you pay extra for the name. This unit has held up very well for 3 years so far.

I don't deal online much. I don't like putting my credit card number on the web. I deal with allstarsewer in St Louis. I give him a call and he gets it to me the next day if I call early enough.

I have looked at many online and offline distributors. I have found that Allan J Coleman still is the best. Marvin or Shane will beat any price out there, along with the fact they have 99% of the parts for any machine that has been made.

We used to go to Familian Northwest which was bought out by Ferguson's. When I need parts or a new machine I go through Duracable, Gorlitz, Ridgid or spartan they all have machines that I like. I have at least one of each right now. I have been using my Duracable machines more frequently though. I just have our GM give Duracable a call and they send us the machine we want. Does that sound like bragging hmmm I think it does . We get parts from about 25-30 different companies online so I am not going to name them all but I agree Allan J Coleman is really good as well as www.plumbingsupply.com I have used them a few times with good results and have spoken with the higher management their and they are nice guys. Their website is outdated but they have some good informational and history section that I found interesting.

I have 2 k-380's and a few weeks ago bought 2 foot pedals, 1 power feed and 2 sets of rubber feet from Toolup because they take PayPal and the price seemed pretty good. The big stuff that I needed, was in stock, the rubber feet were not and they put the entire order on backorder. I waited 2 weeks and called to get an update.

I asked them to send what they had and put those rubber feet in the mail when they got them...couldn't do it because THEY had to have a tracking number from fedex for everything. So, I was just going to have to wait. "Should be there in another 2 weeks or so."

I said fine, cancel the rubber feet and refund that amount and send the rest of it. "Can't do that because you paid by PayPal."

Quoting me..."GIVE ME SOMEONE WITH SOME AUTHORITY AND DO IT NOW" At that point I cancelled the entire order, apparently something they can do.

So, back online I go looking for another vendor with the product and who also takes PayPal since I don't do credit cards over the phone or online either.

I found http://www.improvementdirect.com who didn't have the feet in stock either but got me the rest of it in 5 days. The prices were at least as good and shipping was included.

As of now at least they are a recommended supplier.

    Hope that helps

PS Those rubber feet are nothing more than what goes on the end of a cane and can be purchased at a good drug store.
