    Mostly busy.

I took on some sub contract work awhile back that has kept me really busy, but hasn't payed as well as I had hoped. Glad to be done with it, now to wade through what is left of a trim out on a doctor's house, and grab what service work comes around. I have been avoiding a lot of the service, as I haven't had time to handle it.

Pretty busy although we've had a lot of down days due to snow storms...
Most of them haven't been worth fighting your way through...

Another 5-8" just started falling an hour ago looks like tomorrow may be a late start... We'll see...

    Oh never mind.

Business is good. My regular customers have been keeping me busy.
About to expand which means some of my other ventures will be put on the back burner.

Planing to raise my prices and seek other types of clients.

Someone told me once that if your swamped with work your probably charging to little.
You can get all the work you want as long as your doing it for free.

(this may make or break me, we will see)

I have been raising my prices by a few bucksa year, since I started. Yeah I lost a few customers. But for the service I provide. OH WELL.

I have been steady i get a lot of sub contract work from a heating cooling plumbing place that just preffers to not deal with drains unless there slow. The pay is still the same i just make it up a little to cover their percentage. I also have raised my price but provide a better service by running the expandable jaw which allows me to give them a 1yr warranty for roots and before and after camera is so impressive they gladly pay more.

I go in every house with this in mind minimum words maximum profit i give people three options 1. Ok (no warranty ) and u flow when i leave 2 better (limited warranty) 3 best (1 yr warranty ) and i machine your pipe to full diameter from the house to the street a camera to show them the results. No one has ever said option 3 was a waste they see mind blowing results.
