    Default For The Mobile Billers

Just some questions for those that bill onsite with a SmartPhone:

Which type phone? (Android based or Apple?)

    Which programs or apps?

Are you able to then review at home on a laptop or desktop without conversion?

Summary, quarterly, year end, etc. available within the program or app?

    Thanks for any information.

The only thing I do mobile-like is take credit card payments and I use Square. I do have a question for the guys doing invoicing on their phones or tablets though. Do these apps work with your accounting software (most likely read as Quickbooks)? I have wanted to start doing mobile invoicing but haven't jumped yet. How do these apps play with Quickbooks when it comes to syncing or transferring? It seems like it'd be more work to have to manually enter everything into QB vs. just hand writing the invoices.

I use Serviceceo.com for my invoicing and dispatching schedule and Square fformula credit cards. Love them both. Service CEO is a little pricey at $125.00 a month but it uploads right into Quickbooks for my Bookeeper to reconcile. I also have a merchant service account for credit cards but I am waiting 2 more months for the contract to expire cause Square is awesome.
I use my iPad. I don't use my laptop anymore. I am looking to get a mobile thermal printer for the few customers that don't have email for their invoices.
So far I have used Service CEO for 3 months and other than a few features I wish it had I could not be happier with it. It is we based so I can use it from any computer, laptop, or smart phone.

Police use these here. I hear the paper is pricey. Any insight in the costs involved for the paper? What brand printer?
