    Question 1.25" x 1/2" Eel Cable.......

Is anyone having any issues getting a HD root saw to go around a 4" cast 90 over 50' out with this cable ?

I'm already running one 1' leader but thinking about going to 2 of them.

I would think that 2 flexible leaders would significantly increase the chances of the cable flipping back on itself

Have you tried running in reverse on the 90? This often works for me with the Ridgid Cable.

I tried the smallest arrowhead & 3" root saw with no success. It kept hanging up & bent my 1' leader.

Something is up that arrow head should pass! Looks like a lot of crap. Any big trees out side maybe a massive root growing into the 90

In your opinion does that look like it drops to a 90 where the load of crap is ?

Just some smaller trees in the area.

Does 50 feet put you in or near the street? Depth of city sewer may have a chimney 90 into sewer.
Any chance of a running trap in the yard.

That was my thought...a running trap...I had one last week and lost a 2 foot flexible leader with a single 3" blade on it....out of the trap the pipe was shifted more that 50%....
