Default gas prices thread daily updates & complaints

How bad are gas prices in your area? Are they affecting your profits?
$3.56 for regular gas $3.97 for diesel. In my area. Fuel prices continue to rise and so will your basic living expenses also cost of shipping and supplies. All we can do is raise rates, fuel charges and make cut backs on our expenses. I'm sure none of us are multi millionaires with the funds to ride out the economic storm I feel is coming.
I wish us all the best of luck. Has anyone raised rates, added gas charges?
Undercuting is financial death Sentence this is when big companies win and little companies lose.

We started fuel service charges 2 weeks ago so far really no complaints.
Also took the dodge off the road the 1997 Yukon has cut my wife fuel by 50% lol wow that dodge 360 was a gas hog. It's retired to dump duty.
I'm going to continue to live without cable tv funny I don't miss it or the bill.
Next month I meet with my yellow pages rep. More cuts there.

Regular is $3.99 and diesel is $4.25, both at the cheapest station. I haven't started charging for fuel but I think I am going to have to. Even a few bucks per ticket would absorb the difference between $3 and $4 per gallon.

Reg gas is $3.40 to $3.50 a gallon here. I fill the cube van almost twice a week at a fillup bill of $85.00 each time. Business wise we are spending about $200.00-250.00 a week in fuel! I may starting adding about $5.00 to each invoice

Our fuel charges start with a $5.00 minimum goes higher depending on travel distance. Our service area jobs can be up to 2 hours travel one way.
Everyone is spread out around here no high ways also not to many tradesmen to choose from. $1,000 bucks in fuel per month is crazy is an expence that needs to be passed on. Were about the same as you JH in fuel costs

Now add personal gas on family trucks and home heating oil were running about $1,800 in fuel during the winter. I don't know about next winter I can't pass home heating expences on to my customers. the way thingd are going were looking at $600 plus per month just to heat the house during next winter!
