When customers complain about your price's what do you do?
Do you lower your rates?
Stick To your rates?
Offer more work like free camera or second drain or extend warrantee?
Lower quality of work for lower price?
With the economy being slow people will play the economy card to save a buck or two. I stick to my rates. There have been a few jobs I have walked away from only to have them call back hours or day's later.
